All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before production or shipping of your order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation and production will begin according to the product type.

4. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

• Custom orders: All sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
• Non-custom items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Cancellations: Accepted only within 24 hours of placing a custom order.

We ship to U.S. addresses and select international locations. Shipping times and rates vary depending on your location and the nature of your order.

Z Customs Everlasting is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

All content on this website—including images, designs, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of Z Customs Everlasting and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Any custom designs you submit must be your own or properly licensed. We reserve the right to refuse custom requests that violate this policy.
