1. Processing Times
Custom & Personalized Orders:
Because your item is made just for you, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped. This includes custom jewelry, fashion pieces, accessories, and personalized gift items.
Ready-to-Ship Items:
Non-custom items typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Note: Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons and holidays.
2. Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the U.S. and select international locations.
