At Z Customs Everlasting, we take great pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order products that reflect your unique style and story. Your satisfaction means everything to us. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of many of our products—including jewelry, apparel, accessories, and personalized gifts—all sales on custom and personalized items are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on custom items unless:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- We made a mistake with your order (e.g., incorrect design, spelling, or product type)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect custom product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or correcting the error.
Non-Custom Products
For ready-made, non-personalized items, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part
Order Cancellations
Orders for custom items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
